Any individual who arrives at the boat under the influence will not be allowed to sail.

If someone becomes disorderly while aboard,the Captain will return to the dock. The charter will be canceled and there will be NO REFUNDS!

NO HARD LIQUOR OR DRUGS ARE PERMITTED ON THE BOAT!!

All inshore fishing trips are 7 hours.

Please arrive at the boat, ready to go at least 1/2 hour before the departure time.
